Andrew on his love of the song "2 x 4": The song is just pure rage to me. It's an angry groove with one hell of a heavy riff.
I know there are a lot of interpretations of the song, but it always felt to me like it was just simply being so angry at someone that you wanted to 'end' them with a 2 x 4. It's furious but cheeky. That's what made this one fun to draw. I tried to bridge the swing feel of the groove into the swinging of a 2 x 4. (Throwing in some screaming, violent rage, and fire is always fun for an artist too, of course.) It's by far one of my favorite songs of the Load era.
