Life Burns Faster marks Metallica as one of the first major metal acts to build a full-scale production for the venue. Since opening in 2023, Sphere has become a marquee stop for big-budget residencies. The production will utilize Sphere’s internal wraparound LED screen, advanced sound system and 4D effects — including in-seat sensory effects and wind — to immerse fans in the performance.
