Sabbath & Ozzy bid farewell to nearly six decades of heavy metal with a star-studded salute featuring Metallica, Guns N' Roses, Slayer, Tool and more

Metallica, though, are absolutely incredible today. Maybe it’s the short set. Perhaps it’s the vibe-change of not headlining. Quite possibly, it’s going on before the CEOS, Ozzy and Sabbath – surely the only men on Earth to whom the Four Horsemen need wind in their necks. Whatever it is, their version of Hole In The Sky is all nice and big, but it’s Battery, For Whom The Bell Tolls, Creeping Death, and a plugged-in-at-the-mains Master Of Puppets that steal their half-hour onstage.
