Boston.com: Boston Calling 2022 recap: Live updates from the festival

After a three-year wait, concert-goers headed back to the Harvard Athletic Complex for Boston Calling 2022 this weekend. More than 50 artists performed at the three-day festival, including headliners Metallica and Nine Inch Nails.

With a hair-raising set on Sunday night at Boston Calling, Metallica showed why they are still the masters of their domain — not to mention the masters of puppets — after more than four decades.
