Today marks the kick-off of All Within My Hands’ fifth annual Month of Giving! For this year’s campaign, the Foundation is focusing on workforce education as there is an unprecedented need for skilled tradespeople across the country. As reported by Forbes, experts predict around 3 million trade jobs will be left unfilled by 2028. AWMH’s funding of trade education programs through the Metallica Scholars Initiative helps fill those jobs while assisting students in pursuing meaningful, life-long careers.
