**When do tickets go on sale?**
Single-Night and 2-Night Tickets for No Repeat Weekends will go on sale Friday, March 6, at 10 AM PT for the first six shows, and at 12 PM PT for the remaining two.

All Travel Packages are available at Vibee.com and include tickets to both Thursday and Saturday's distinct Metallica shows, a three-night stay at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas or Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, a limited-edition merch item, a collectible laminate and lanyard, and on-site concierge service. The Diamond and Signature editions provide additional perks, including priority entry into Sphere, luxury motorcoach transport to and from Harry Reid International Airport, an MP3 download of the live audio from both shows, and more.
**Are there ticket limits?**
There is a 4-ticket limit per show across all presales, except for the Full House Ticket, Travel Packages, and select Enhanced Experiences, which have a 2-ticket limit.
**What about presales?**
Fan Club presales begin on Monday, March 2, for Single-Night and 2-Night tickets as well as Enhanced Experiences and the Full House Ticket (previously known as the “I Disappear” Ticket).
Legacy Presale (first 6 shows) at 7:00 AM PT, closing on March 3 at 9:45 AM PT. The remaining two shows will be available for purchase at 9:00 AM PT, closing on March 3 at 11:45 AM PT.
Fifth Member Presale (first 6 shows) at 11:00 AM PT, closes March 3 9:45 AM PT. The remaining two shows will be available for purchase at 1:00 PM PT, closing on March 3 at 11:45 AM PT.

**Will accessible tickets be available during the presales?**
Yes.
Are there accessible seating tickets available with Enhanced Experiences and Travel Packages?
Please purchase your desired Enhanced Experience package, then reach out to Ticketmaster for accessible seating. Ticketmaster will exchange package seats for accessible seats.

**I am a Fifth Member. How do I access the presale? How do I get a code?**
All Fan Club members need to [request a personal presale ticket code](http://www.metallica.com/presale-codes "Request a Presale Code"). Your code will be emailed to the address on your profile and appear on your Fifth Member profile page. Each code is good for purchasing up to four tickets per show. **I do not live in the same country where I would like to attend a show(s). Can I still purchase tickets?**
Yes, in most cases, you should have no issues purchasing tickets outside of your home country. You may want to confirm with your credit card company before the on-sales. Some countries will require a Global Ticketmaster account.
**I see there are two shows each weekend. What’s the deal?**
Sphere residency shows are keeping with the No Repeat Weekend tradition! Metallica will play two completely different setlists each night of the weekend (Thursday/Saturday).
**Will Single-Day Tickets to the No Repeat Weekend shows be available?**
Yes, a limited number of Single-Day tickets for No Repeat Weekend shows will be available during all pre-sales and general sale.
**If I purchase a 2-Day Ticket, will I be in the same location each night?**
Yes, each ticket allowing entry to the two shows will be in the same location, whether the same seat or standing area. For example, if you have selected General Admission standing, you will be in General Admission standing for both shows. If you have assigned seats, you will sit in the same seat each night.
**What are the Enhanced Experience packages?**
Enhanced Experiences are available for all Sphere shows. Offerings include access to a meet and greet, food and beverage in the Black Box Lounge, Snake Pit Passes, and early entry into the venue. **Can I buy an Enhanced Experience package for a single day?**
One Night Only Enhanced Experience tickets and No Repeat Weekend 2-Day Enhanced Experience tickets are available. Packages including meet and greet are only available with a two-day ticket.
**Will there be hotel/travel packages available for these shows?**

**What is the “Snake Pit”?**
The famed Snake Pit will be in the center of the stage for all shows on this tour! Being in the Snake Pit makes you a part of the show and is the closest place to the stage to see the band. All tickets for the Snake Pit are standing tickets.
**How can I buy a Snake Pit ticket?**
Snake Pit tickets are limited to two per fan during both the presale and general sale and are only available via the Enhanced Experiences site at [wearesuper.co/metallica](https://www.wearesuper.co/metallica "Metallica Enhanced Experiences").
**What is a “Full House” Ticket, and how can I buy one?**
Formerly known as the “I Disappear" Ticket, the Full House Ticket gives you access to all Life Burns Faster shows at Sphere in Las Vegas in 2026.
The Full House Ticket does **NOT** allow entry to any shows other than Life Burns Faster residency dates at Sphere in Las Vegas. Full House Tickets are non-transferable.
**Who will be the support acts?**
There will not be an opening act for Sphere shows.
**Is the show suitable for children?**
This is at the discretion of parents/guardians. Explicit language may be used during the performance along with high levels of volume. Age restrictions in each venue may vary. For more information, contact the venue or official ticket agent.
**How and when will I receive my tickets?**
All tickets will be digital. You may not be able to view or download your tickets until closer to the event. Check your confirmation email or ticket service account for further details.
**How can I give my tickets to a friend or family member?**
For venues where Ticketmaster is the ticket provider, you can transfer tickets directly from your Ticketmaster account closer to the event date. Enhanced Experiences and Full House Tickets are non-transferable.
**Can I sell or transfer just one of my 2-Day Tickets?**
No, you may only transfer your tickets for both shows as a unit; transferring a single-show ticket from a 2-Day Ticket is not possible.
Please note: Transfer may not be available until a later date. As a reminder, **Enhanced Experiences and Full House Tickets are non-transferable**. Contact your point of purchase for more information.
**I bought a 2-Day Ticket, but changed my mind and only want to go for one day. What are my options?**
If you bought a 2-Day Ticket, you may opt to transfer it, but please note that your ticket may only be transferred as a complete 2-Day Ticket. Selling/transferring one ticket by itself will void the other, as they are tied together.
**How can I resell my ticket?**
If you can no longer attend the show, tickets may only be resold via Ticketmaster’s authorized fan-to-fan resale platform. Go into your account on Ticketmaster and opt to resell. Please note that resale options may not be available until a later date, depending on your location. Check your local Ticketmaster site for more information.
**Is there a bag policy at the venue?**
Bag policies vary from market to market. Please check your venue’s website for more information about their bag policies.
