There is a 4-ticket limit per show across all presales, except for the Full House Ticket, and select Enhanced Experiences, which have a 2-ticket limit.

**6. WILL ACCESSIBLE TICKETS BE AVAILABLE DURING THE PRESALES?**

Are there accessible seating tickets available with Enhanced Experiences and Travel Packages?
Please purchase your desired Enhanced Experience package, then reach out to Ticketmaster for accessible seating. Ticketmaster will exchange package seats for accessible seats.

**7. I AM A FIFTH MEMBER. HOW DO I ACCESS THE PRESALE? HOW DO I GET A CODE?**
All Fan Club members need to [request a personal presale ticket code](http://www.metallica.com/presale-codes "Request a Presale Code"). Your code will be emailed to the address on your profile and appear on your Fifth Member profile page. Each code is good for purchasing up to four tickets per show. **8. I DO NOT LIVE IN THE SAME COUNTRY WHERE I WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND A SHOW(S). CAN I STILL PURCHASE TICKETS?**
Yes, in most cases, you should have no issues purchasing tickets outside of your home country. You may want to confirm with your credit card company before the on-sales. Some countries will require a Global Ticketmaster account.
**Additional Details from Ticketmaster:** You can use a single password to sign into your accounts on other global Ticketmaster sites. If you have just one account, Ticketmaster will automatically link your accounts using your existing password and profile information when you access a new Ticketmaster site in a different country. If you have multiple Ticketmaster accounts in different countries, Ticketmaster will ask you to set a single password for those linked accounts the next time you sign in. **9. I SEE THERE ARE TWO SHOWS EACH WEEKEND. WHAT’S THE DEAL?**
Sphere residency shows are keeping with the No Repeat Weekend tradition! Metallica will play two completely different setlists each night of the weekend (Thursday/Saturday).
**10. WILL SINGLE-NIGHT TICKETS TO THE NO REPEAT WEEKEND SHOWS BE AVAILABLE?**
Yes, a limited number of Single-Night tickets for No Repeat Weekend shows will be available during all presales and general sale.
**11. IF I PURCHASE A 2-NIGHT TICKET, WILL I BE IN THE SAME LOCATION FOR EACH SHOW?**
Yes, each ticket allowing entry to the two shows will be in the same location, whether the same seat or standing area. For example, if you have selected General Admission standing, you will be in General Admission standing for both shows. If you have assigned seats, you will sit in the same seat each night.
**12. WHAT ARE THE ENHANCED EXPERIENCE PACKAGES?**
Enhanced Experiences are available for all Sphere shows. Offerings include access to a Meet & Greet, food and beverage in the Black Box Lounge, Snake Pit Passes, and early entry into the venue. **13. CAN I BUY AN ENHANCED EXPERIENCE PACKAGE FOR A SINGLE DAY?**
Single-Night Enhanced Experience tickets and No Repeat Weekend 2-Night Enhanced Experience tickets are available. Packages including Meet & Greet are only available with a 2-Night ticket.
**14. WILL THERE BE HOTEL/TRAVEL PACKAGES AVAILABLE FOR THESE SHOWS?**

All Travel Packages are available at Vibee.com and include tickets to both Thursday and Saturday's distinct Metallica shows, a three-night stay at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas or Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, a limited-edition merch item, a collectible laminate and lanyard, and on-site concierge service. **15. WHAT IS THE “SNAKE PIT”?**
The famed Snake Pit will be in the center of the stage for all shows during this residency! Being in the Snake Pit makes you a part of the show and is the closest place to the stage to see the band. All tickets for the Snake Pit are standing tickets.
**16. HOW CAN I BUY A SNAKE PIT TICKET?**
Snake Pit tickets are limited to two per fan during both the presale and general sale and are only available via the Enhanced Experiences site at [wearesuper.co/metallica](https://www.wearesuper.co/metallica "Metallica Enhanced Experiences").
**17. WHAT ARE “FULL HOUSE” AND "ROYAL FLUSH" TICKETS, AND HOW CAN I BUY THEM?**
Formerly known as the “I Disappear" Ticket, the Full House Ticket (2026) and Royal Flush Ticket (2027) give you access to all Life Burns Faster shows at Sphere in Las Vegas in 2026 and 2027, respectively.
The Full House Ticket does **NOT** allow entry to any shows other than 2026 Life Burns Faster residency dates at Sphere in Las Vegas. Full House Tickets are non-transferable.
The Royal Flush Ticket does **NOT** allow entry to any shows other than 2027 Life Burns Faster residency dates at Sphere in Las Vegas. Royal Flush Tickets are non-transferable.
**18. WHO WILL BE THE SUPPORT ACTS?**
There will not be an opening act for Sphere shows.
**19. IS THE SHOW SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?**
This is at the discretion of parents/guardians. Explicit language may be used during the performance along with high levels of volume.
There is no age requirement to attend Metallica at Sphere. The venue strongly suggests that guests under 18 years of age attending an event are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
**20. HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?**
All tickets will be digital. You may not be able to view or download your tickets until closer to the event. Check your confirmation email or ticket service account for further details.
**21. HOW CAN I GIVE MY TICKETS TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?**
You will be able to transfer tickets directly from your Ticketmaster account closer to the event date. Enhanced Experiences and Full House Tickets are non-transferable.
**22. CAN I SELL OR TRANSFER JUST ONE OF MY 2-NIGHT TICKETS?**
No, you may only transfer your tickets for both shows as a unit; transferring a single-show ticket from a 2-Night Ticket is not possible.
Please note: Transfer may not be available until a later date. As a reminder, **Enhanced Experiences and Full House Tickets are non-transferable**. Contact your point of purchase for more information.
**23. I BOUGHT A 2-NIGHT TICKET, BUT CHANGED MY MIND AND ONLY WANT TO ATTEND ONE SHOW. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?**
If you bought a 2-Night Ticket, you may opt to transfer it, but please note that your ticket may only be transferred as a complete 2-Day Ticket. Selling/transferring one ticket by itself will void the other, as they are tied together.
**24. HOW CAN I RESELL MY TICKET?**
If you can no longer attend the show, tickets may only be resold via Ticketmaster’s authorized fan-to-fan resale platform. Go into your account on Ticketmaster and opt to resell. Please note that resale options may not be available until a later date, depending on your location. Check your local Ticketmaster site for more information.
**25. IS THERE A BAG POLICY AT THE VENUE?**
Sphere is a “no bag” facility, meaning that large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the venue. Diaper bags and bags required for medical items as well as small clutches, purses, and fanny packs that are no larger than approximately 6 in. x 6 in. x 2 in. are permitted.
