All pre-order items purchased in a single order will be shipped together when the last pre-order becomes available. If you would like to receive each product as it becomes available, you will need to place individual orders. You will be charged at the time of checkout for any pre-order items. Some items cannot be ordered with other items. These include, but not limited to, Live Metallica pre-order CDs, Silver Luthier made-to-order jewelry, and posters. If you try to purchase other items with these products, you will be alerted before checkout with instruction on how to proceed.
