UPS Mail Innovations is a cost-effective shipping method for lightweight packages that do not need to be expedited. Orders are delivered to UPS who distributes them to a local postal service or carrier near you who then completes the delivery. We offer Mail Innovations as a shipment method to most countries, however, due to certain limitations, some countries will not be eligible. #### FOR DOMESTIC UPS MAIL INNOVATIONS DELIVERIES: Available for shipments under 1lb. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days\*. You will be provided with a UPS tracking number that you can use on their site to track the delivery. On the same tracking page, **you will find a Package Identification Number under “Shipment Details” which can be used as a tracking number with USPS once they have received it.** USPS tracking updates may be more recent and detailed than those from UPS; we encourage you to monitor both for the most comprehensive status of the shipment. While UPS will offer a delivery estimate once the package is transferred to the contracted agency, the actual delivery date may vary depending on your local post office's processing times and volume of deliveries. As long as the tracking does **not** report the package "Delivered," it can be considered en-route. You will be provided with a UPS tracking number that you can use on their site to track the delivery. On the same tracking page, **you will find an Alternate Tracking Number under “Shipment Details” which can be used with your local carrier or postal service once it has been processed by customs in your country**. Local tracking updates may be more recent and detailed than those from UPS, including notices of fees that may be due to receive the delivery; we encourage you to monitor both for the most comprehensive status of the shipment. Lapses in tracking updates once a shipment has reached an international distribution center in the US are not irregular and do not indicate that a package is lost, but rather that it is in-transit to- or awaiting customs processing in- your country.
