This was the first time in 12 years that Last Caress was performed in the Netherlands. The last time the Misfits classic was performed was on November 12, 1996 in Utrecht.

…And Justice for All has only been played once in the Netherlands prior to the Pinkpop Festival. The last time was on November 5, 1988 in Leiden.
