Guitar.com: WATCH: JAMES HETFIELD RETURNS TO THE STAGE WITH AN EDDIE MONEY TRIBUTE

Metallica’s frontman James Hetfield has performed live for the first time since being admitted into rehab last September. He played a cover of Eddie Money’s Baby Hold On last Thursday (20 February) at the late singer’s tribute show in Beverly Hills, California.

The concert, which featured a star-studded guest list including the likes of Sammy Hagar (Van Halen), Rick Springfield and John Waite, raised money for the USC Eddie Money Cancer Research Fund. Money died last September, aged 70, from stage 4 esophageal cancer.
