SF Gate: Metallica's foundation to donate $350K for COVID-19 relief

Metallica's foundation All Within My Hands, which has previously been known to use its powers to fund food banks and send young people to college, is refocusing its efforts on the COVID-19 pandemic.

On Thursday, the organization announced it would be sending out four grants totaling $350,000 to organizations working to support health care workers, food banks, and the live music and restaurant industries.
