This was the first time Metal Militia was played on this leg of the Madly In Anger With the World tour 2004. Prior to that, it has not been performed in the US since May 1, 2004 in Cincinatti, OH.
The last time Metallica played in Ft Wayne, IN was on November 25, 1991, during the Black Album tour.
