The Southern Star: Metallica support Brother Kevin’s centre for the homeless

WHILE admitting he knows nothing about metal music, Brother Kevin Crowley from Enniskeane, – who runs the Capuchin Day Centre for the Homeless in Dublin – said they were ‘absolutely thrilled’ to receive a cheque for €35,000 from Metallica who played recently at Slane. Brother Kevin told The Southern Star: ‘I don’t know anything about metal music but I believe that the band do this where ever they play. ‘It’s amazing that such famous people have concern for others and it shows how passionate they are.’
