We are in the nation's capital today, and there sure is a big buzz around here. I wonder what it could be? Maybe cuz 'Tallica is in town! Yeah, that's it!!! And a big congrats to our boys for making it into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame! Back on the MOT front, having a few technical problems with the video equipment. Hopefully will have that resolved today to get going on some videos for ya....

Hockeytown was good to Metallica. And Metallica was good to Hockeytown! Great crowd here in Detroit. They gave whatever they had left at the end of the night for Seek & Destroy. Tonight was also special for one of Metallica's LONG time crew members. And long does not do justice to this man's dedication. Paul Owen, who has been doing the band monitors for over 22 years (around 1340 some odd shows), is retiring from the Metallica crew.Thank you Paul for all your heartfelt years of service, all of us will miss you very much. Today's Meet and Greet was held right in front of the Red Wings dressing room! Great fun for the Detroit fans in the meet and greet. The Sword are rocking the stage right now, with Machine Head coming up. Band are currently in interviews, or in the middle of their pre show ritual.

Current temp here in Detroit, 23 and windy. With the wind, it feels like it's 8. Forecast for 5pm: 15. (but it'll feel like -1!)
