"I just fucked up, I forgot to put Sad But True on the setlist" said Lars to the other guys at 8:51 pm. (on stage time was supposed to be 8:50). "I just feel so fucking good about this setlist, it is hard to take something off" he continued. After some discussion, a song had to go. Which one? You figure it out… A couple of highlights so far include: No Leaf Clover, The Hour Horsemen, Ride The Lightning, and right now we have Fight Fire With Fire. James got the crowd to count in Creeping Death, and of course in French! Pretty funny!

Inside the Pepsi Colisee it looks the same, outside it is pouring down. A little rain won't stop the Metalli-Bashers, the line outside is long. General admission entry is packed and everyone want to get their spot at the rail. Fortunately with the stage being in the middle, more fans will get the chance of being in the front row.

Last time they pulled that one out was also in Canada! The first show out of two just finished here in Quebec City and the biggest surprise tonight goes to...drumsolo...No Remorse. The last time that one was played was in Calgary on May 6th earlier this year. It was great to hear No Remorse, but we can not forget about the other 17 songs that was on the list. Harvester Of Sorrow, The Unforgiven, King Nothing, Holier Than Thou and Enter Sandman!!Enough talk about the band, what about the fans? We had 15 000 + here at the Pepsi Colisee and they also performed a 2 1/2 hours show, no sitting down, no staying quiet, no going to the restroom, no fucking breaks at all, YOU GUYS ROCKED! After the second encore, the crowd chanted OLE OLE OLE OLE, OLE OLE (try to sound that out!). You could see the Metallica smile on stage, and off stage, this sure was a great start for Quebec, see you in a few hours!

Back to reality, and right now MetalliReality is in Quebec City, QC. For you that have not been in Quebec City it is a beautiful city with some amazing buildings. The only problem I had so far, is that people really don't dig to speak English, maybe it is just me :) Other than that, definitely a great city to visit. The crew had three days off in Quebec, and two days ago about 30 of us went gokarting, fast little cars too! Winner = Timmy, congrats! Right beside the Colisee Pepsi there is a race track, had a few crew people invest their hard earned money there :) The band should be arriving shortly for Meeting & Greeting the Quebec fans, and then get ready for tonights show. We have two sold out shows coming up, and we all have no clue what that means to the setlist. Sounds like fun to me...cya...MOT

We have now a video from the Pittsburgh, Columbus, St. Louis and Green Bay show. We covered everything from James figuring out the lyrics to Green Hell, rumours about Bob Rock playing bass at the show in St. Louis, The Wait & Turn The Page in tuning room, Disposable Heroes live, and much much more. Pull out your favorite chair, get those popcorn poppin, tell your girlfriend or boyfriend to fuck off for the next 30 minutes. MetOnTour TV is back!

"Hey Rob, are you up for some Whiskey?", asked Lars in the food & schmooze room. "Of course, we have a day off tomorrow, I am ready!", answered Rob. I was laughing as I knew Lars was in the process of writing tonights setlist, and Rob, well he was ready for tonight too :)
The show just finished here at the HSBC Center in Buffalo and by now not only did we have some Whiskey, but it was served by none other than the The Four Horsemen, that was a Thing That Should Not Be.... Enough of that, too cheesy :)
The boys also delivered The Unforgiven, Fade To Black, Fight Fire With Fire and Disposable Heroes...Among others of course.
HOW WILL WE SURVIVE?? Metallica has three "non-show days" coming up!! Don't worry, don't get too depressed, life goes on...do you know why? Because this means MetOnTour Madly In Anger Reality TV can continue...LOVE MOT

Do you let anyone post on this website? That guy Butch...Actually, yes I do, it is great to have some "smart" input from other crew guys. Back to reality, and reality is right now in Buffalo, NY and we are at the HSBC Arena. According to my records (thanks Dan) tonights show will be the 9th time Metallica performs in Buffalo. The first time was August 3, 1983 at the Rooftop! I love checking old setlist, and from that day we had: Hit the Lights, The Four Horsemen, Jump in the Fire, Phantom Lord, No Remorse, Bass Solo and final song Whiplash. No Sandman, huh? :)

Do you think this is worth an update? Since I have access to update MetOnTour, I think you all deserve this update... For the first time since Jan 10th, 2000, and for the 9th time EVER, Metallica performed THE OUTLAW TORN. The crowd here in Albany at the Pepsi Arena sure got a special treat. I am right now in the production office backstage, and I can hear The Unforgiven being performed right now. What else can they come up with?Speak soon...MOT
