Tonight was the 7th time that Metallica has played Donington, and what a great time it was. Full setlist is up, pics to come....

The sun finally came out right before the band took the stage here at Donington Park. Set started with a strong roar from the crowd as the band jump right into Lites. Then came Master, Horse, and Bellz. Hell and Back is playing right now, and the Black Album set is next!

Band are getting ready to enter the tuning room for their pre-show warm-up, and then it's on to the main stage for the Download edition of the legendary Black Album!

Today we are at the 10th Anniversary of the Download festival! Lots of bands on 3 different stages.... on the Main Stage As I Lay Dying and Saxon have already completed their sets. Black Veil Brides are on right now. Coming up: Trivium, Steel Panther, Tenaciuos D, Biffy Clyro, and then Metallica will go on about 8:45.

James introduced himself as inmate number one for tonight's show here at Horsens State Prison, and then introduced Inmate number two, Lars Ulrich right before the band kicked in with Bellz. The set started off to a huge roar from the crowd as Lites started, then came Puppetz and Straw. Following Bellz was Hell And Back, and then the Black Album set begun. Misery is on now...
