If I’m not already a Met Club member, can I sign up to get the presale info and the opportunity to buy the "Met Club Ultra Pass" and special general admission ticket of $125.
The Met Club presale for discounted GA tickets is now over, but a limited number of Ultra Passes are still available for Met Club members only.

What is included in the "Met Club Ultra Pass"?
Includes front of stage viewing area access (aka the pit) during Metallica's set, EXCLUSIVE lounge access, better restrooms and a separate entrance to the festival grounds.

Is food and beverage included in the "Met Club Ultra Pass" for $225 USD?
No, but you will have access to your own food and beverage vendors in the lounge for Ultra Pass holders only.

If I buy two tickets, can I bring one friend one day, and someone else the next day? (I will be attending both)
Each wristband is your pass for the 2-day event, they are non-transferable and become void if removed and placed on someone else.

How many tickets am I allowed to purchase in the Met Club pre-sale?
Four tickets

I’m a Met Club member and I entered my code but didn’t put my credit card in fast enough and now the system is telling me that my code has already been used. I want to buy discounted tickets, so what do I do?
If there is an issue with the code (time-out, etc.) there is about a 10-15 minute lag in resetting the code to allow you to use it again. If after that time you still have trouble, please write to info@metclub.com.

How many tickets will be available for the "early bird" pricing?
We can’t give you a specific number, but quantities are limited.

How do I contact Front Gate? How do I check on my order? I am traveling from abroad and not sure where exactly I will be in June. Where should I have my order shipped?

Is a 2-day pass two separate wristbands?
No, it will be one special wristband, so you will need it both days and it must stay on your arm.

When and how do I receive my passes/order?
Wristbands will be mailed out in late April.

Is getting my pass shipped the only option or can I pick them up somewhere?
Both general admission and Ultra Pass tickets will have two shipping options: USPS first class mail (free) or UPS ($15.00). Customers who picked UPS will get an email with a tracking number, once shipped, sent to the email on the account. Wristbands will be mailed out in late April.  Our international friends will only have a Will Call option.

If I book my own hotel, will there be other shuttles besides the ones in your travel packages?
There will be no on site parking at the festival. There will be free shuttles running to and from downtown Detroit to the festival grounds on Belle Isle for all festival patrons that have a valid festival wristband. Keep checking www.orionmusicandmore.com for more info as the Festival gets closer.

Handicap Access?
Orion is open to ALL music lovers! There will be ADA platforms, raised above the crowd with ramps both in the Ultra area and at each stage. You and their guest(s) can gain access to the platform by visiting the ADA tent just inside the front gates and obtaining a special wristband. We also have ASL interpreters at the booth to assist with those who are deaf or hard of hearing. More information will be available soon on www.orionmusicandmore.com.

Will there be re-entry (ins & outs)?
2-Day Pass holders are allowed to enter and exit the festival as needed up to five times per day. You must be scanned upon exit at the gate in order to re-enter that same day.

Where can I buy passes? I don't have a credit card to use online/phone?
If tickets are not sold out, tickets can be purchased the day of the show at the festival box office. No advance tickets are sold without a credit/debit card. If needed, we suggest you purchase a Visa, MC, or Amex gift card, register the card on-line to your billing address, and use the funds to purchase your tickets on-line or via phone.

Will there be passes sold at the event?
If not sold out, yes.

Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, simply uncheck "My billing and shipping addresses are the same" within step 3 (the Delivery tab) of the purchase process and enter the alternate shipping address.

What happens if I lose my festival wristband?
If a wristband is lost in advance of the festival, please contact support@fgtcustomerservice.com or call 888.512.SHOW (7469) in advance of the performance to speak to customer care agent. If a wristband is lost during the festival, please visit one of our "Help" tents.

Is there an age requirement? What if I am coming to Orion with kids?
Children 12 and under are allowed to the festival free with a paid adult. Please assure you visit our info booth and "Tag-A-Kid" to put your information on a special wristband in case you get separated.

What's the best time to arrive? What time does it end?
